Elevated Timberworks + Custom Construction began in 2018, founded by two friends who shared the same vision but came to it from different passions. Jake’s love for heavy timber work ran so deep that, in the early days, he shaped beams and frames in an unheated shop because that was all they could afford — but the drive to build something meaningful was stronger than the cold. Davin brought a belief in the power of design-build: homes that are thoughtfully planned, structurally sound, and built to last generations. Together, they set out to create a company rooted in craft, intention, and resilience.

From the start, we’ve believed culture comes first. The attitude of our team — respect, accountability, honesty, and pride in our work — flows directly to our clients and every project we touch. We don’t believe great homes are handed to anyone; they’re earned through effort, collaboration, and care. And we want to partner with people who share those values — clients who understand that building well can change lives, create comfort, and leave something better behind.

Today, Elevated Timberworks + Custom Construction continues to grow, but our foundation remains the same: build with integrity, design with purpose, and create homes and timber structures that stand the test of time.
