Custom Homes

What Makes Us Different?

Working with Elevated Timberworks + Custom Construction means partnering with a team that prioritizes quality, precision, and performance from day one. We don’t just apply finishes and call it a day—every home is thoughtfully engineered, energy-efficient, and built to last. This level of craftsmanship and high-performance detailing comes with a higher investment, but the result is a home that performs beautifully, stands the test of time, and delivers lasting value.

Our Process

Deliver

Your dream home begins with a conversation, and by getting us involved early—even before land is purchased—we can evaluate site conditions, solar orientation, access, and budget alignment from the start. We then move into a preliminary design phase where expectations are set, options are reviewed, and key decisions are made to ensure the design aligns with the established build price before investing in final drawings. Once everything is aligned, we advance to final design, refining plans, confirming selections, and completing permit-ready documents—allowing construction to move forward smoothly with clarity, confidence, and no surprises.

From foundation to finish, we approach every phase of construction with craftsmanship and intention. Our team manages the day-to-day details and coordinates skilled trades to ensure quality, efficiency, and transparency throughout the process. We focus on both what you see—beautiful materials, clean lines—and what you don't: building science, energy performance, and long-term durability.

We don’t consider the job done until you walk into a home that’s everything you imagined—and more. Before the final hand-off, we ensure every detail is in place, systems are tested, and expectations are met. You’ll receive a clean, complete, high-performing home—ready for your next chapter.

Budget Expectations

Although every project we do is unique and has its own set of pricing variables we work through with our clients along the way, we understand you need to start your scoping and budgeting process somewhere. To give you a realistic starting point for budgeting, most of our projects fall into the following ranges when using a square foot pricing model:

  • For clients looking for a project with finished living space ~3,000 sqft and larger we find using around $650 per sqft x the finished square footage tends to give you a good starting point for a project budget.

  • For clients looking for a project with finished living space less than ~3,000 sqft we find using around $550 per sqft x the finished square footage then adding in around $250 per sqft x Auxiliary spaces (garages, decks, carports, porches, etc.) tends to give you a good starting point for your project budget.

These numbers aren’t quotes — they simply help set expectations and give you a ballpark sense of scale before design begins.

What you’re investing in at this level is more than finishes. Our homes are built well beyond code, with a focus on comfort, durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. Typical features include triple-pane windows, heat-pump systems with HRV/ERV ventilation, higher-than-code insulation values, and meticulous air-sealing to reduce drafts and energy loss. Combined with thoughtful craftsmanship throughout, this approach creates homes that are healthier, quieter, more resilient — and designed to stand up to the Teton climate for decades.
