From there, we move into a Preliminary Design Phase, where we set expectations, review options, and make selections that fit within the established build price. Rather than spending your entire design budget up front, this step ensures clarity and confidence before we move into final drawings and construction planning.
Whether you’re starting with a blank slate or bringing your own architect and drawings, this process helps us anticipate challenges, guide design choices, and deliver a home that truly fits both your life and your land—without financial surprises.
Once we’ve confirmed your home aligns with our build price and expectations, we move into the Final Design phase. Here, we refine the plans, finalize structural details, confirm selections, and prepare permit-ready drawings — making sure every decision supports performance, durability, and budget. Because major pricing work happens earlier, this stage is about fine-tuning rather than redesigning, giving you clarity, predictability, and a smooth transition into construction.
